we999com reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on we999com. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and the voiding of any winnings.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your we999com login credentials. 3.4 Account Maintenance

Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. we999com will contact you at your registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be disclosed clearly before any deduction is made.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods & Currency

All transactions on we999com are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). we999com does not apply currency conversion. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit. Maximum single withdrawal amounts may apply at specific tiers and will be communicated through the withdrawal interface.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

All withdrawals require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on the we999com account. 5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account balance, and any associated winnings generated by the expired bonus will also be void.

All games and betting markets on we999com are governed by specific game rules that are accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that specific game.

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Malfunctions

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from third-party system failures including mobile wallet platform outages, bank system failures, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The accuracy of odds or statistics provided on the platform for informational purposes.

Nothing in these Terms limits we999com's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your we999com account at any time by contacting support at support@we999com.ws. Upon receiving a valid closure request, we999com will process any eligible balance in your account via your registered payment method before closing the account. KYC verification must be complete before a final balance withdrawal can be processed.

12.2 Termination by we999com

we999com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• we999com has reasonable grounds to believe that your use of the platform involves fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You have been placed under a self-exclusion arrangement and attempted to register a new account.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements compel we999com to restrict access.

Where termination is initiated by we999com for reasons other than breach of Terms, any legitimate balance in the account will be returned to the member via their registered payment method following completion of verification procedures.

If you have a dispute with we999com regarding any transaction, game outcome, withdrawal, or other matter, please follow the process below:

If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw any balance before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of we999com following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
